However, it is evident that the hand-to-face tradition is going to remain part of our routine. Rotary is evolving. There is no certainty about the way in which the service we provide to others can be incorporated into the highly coveted human connections that Rotary members enjoyed in the previous time. Even though the "hands facing space" mantra is sure to be a part of the routine in the club, there's no doubt that the feeling of security is developing and more people make face-to-face connections. Rotary however has changed. Rotary has evolved. We have sharpened up our methods of holding the business meetings online' whilst reintroducing service and social activity using a friendly face-toface approach. Our newfound opportunities have combined with what we learned about our past pandemics to bring a fresh and new perspective for Rotary. Amanda Watkin - General Secretary's Column in Rotary Magazine In a recent Rotary survey, I was encouraged to discover that about 75 percent of clubs are organizing their usual business activities and projects that previously helped communities throughout the nations of Great Britain and Ireland. Our Rotary Support Center is equally proud to continue providing useful resources for the advancement of these programs, and maintaining the infrastructure which keeps everyone in the community protected. Compliance and insurance play an important role. We are aware that Rotary volunteers form lasting relationships through their commitment to each other of time and effort. The imagination and creativity of our members to find solutions to some of the most challenging challenges is astounding and I am extremely happy that the chance to become a member of Rotary was offered to me back in 2002. Rotary has given me a dependable community of like-minded individuals which has led to the development of genuine friendships. Everyone should invite their members of our families and friends to join Rotary so that we can really make a difference.
